Dave was born April 21, 1945 in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Mary Skor; his mother, Helen Skoritowski; as well as his brother, sister, nieces, nephews and friends.

He is proceded in death by his father Anthony Skoritowski and his brother Tom Skoritowski.
