Billie Hazel Owen
Billie Owen,75, of Concord, North Carolina passed away on December 1, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1943 to the late William and Lena Owen in Charlotte, NC.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Barrett; son, Marty Barrett; and grandson, Jonathan Young.
The family will hold a private gathering.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Billie's honor.
