Blanche Strater, 88, passed away on November 13, 2017 in Concord, NC.
She was born August 20, 1929 in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Blanche is survived by her daughters Sarah Hartman(Frank) and Susan Cameron(Donald); son William Strater; and two granddaughters.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Edward Strater and sister Fabia Windle.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
