David Evan Burgess

David Evan Burgess, age 83, of Concord, NC, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026. He was born on November 22, 1942, in Danbury, CT, to Beatrice and Alfred Burgess. David enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life, including model airplanes, stained glass, and recumbent trikes. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; his daughters, Dany and Holly; and his two granddaughters. David was an avid cat lover, so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Paw It Forward Animal Rescue:
