Gregory Peter Kissel

Gregory Peter Kissel, 79, of Charlotte NC passed away on Thursday May 29, 2026.

He was survived by his daughter, Jamie Kissel, and grandchildren Liam Parsons and Mackenzie Parsons. Also, his stepchildren Regina Felling and Abraham Saavedra and grand fur babies, Ginger and Abby.

Greg kissel was a marine, a father and a best friend. He was a wonderful provider and achieved many awards in his successful career as an electrical engineer and worked many years at the Mantissa Corporation. From his early days of traveling, deep ocean surveying, to his days of recipe perfecting and vacationing with his family he always brought a ray of sunshine with him. He was a quiet man, but also knew how to light up a room with his life stories and ridiculous jokes. He was a caring thoughtful and a gracious soul who was loved by all those who had the privilege to have met him and will be deeply missed.
