Jessica Marie Talbot, 39, of Harrisburg, NC passed away October 14, 2022.
Jessica was born in Erie, PA on December 24, 1982 to Robert A. and Linda P Talbot.
She is survived by her parents Bob and Linda Talbot, sister Chrissy Talbot, brother John Talbot, children Alysen and Nathaniel Wilcox and significant other Bill Wagner.
Jessica had a love of animals and loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed.
Memorial donations may be made to any local no kill animal shelter.
