Judy was a woman of faith. Her faith in God carried her through the trials of life and also helped shape who she was as a person. She was resourceful and believed that all her time and talents were given to her to share with her family and friends. These talents included being a great cook, pianist, painter, gardener, seamstress, singer and encourager to all those she knew. During a period in her life, she and her husband Jack volunteered at JAARS working in the upholstery shop repairing furniture for missionaries home in the states. Judy took the time out to teach her children and grandchildren "life skills" and she was there to celebrate the victories with them all. As a pastor's wife, she was very active in church. She served as choir director, pianist and organist. Judy had the gift of being able to sew. She made suits for her husband, wedding dresses and even a prom dresses for her granddaughters. Judy gave of her time...all these projects took time. The phone calls to give advice to her friends and family took time. She knew that time was one of the most precious gifts given. Judy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CVAN in Judy's honor. The family will hold a Memorial Service at West Concord Baptist Church on September 27, 2020 at 2pm.
