Karen Gladden

Karen H. Gladden, 78, of Concord, NC passed away on July 20, 2025. Karen was born in Charlotte, NC on January 2, 1947 to the late Howard and Gladys Hillman. 

Along with her parents Karen is preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo Gladden; brothers, Wayne and Sidney Hillman; and son, Bo Wallace.

She was a strong willed woman who left behind close family, friends, and neighbors. She loved and cherished those she got to spend time with. She loved working in her yard and tending to her flower’s especially with her great granddaughter Harper. She was so loved and will be greatly missed by those who were always there and surrounded her in her last few weeks and stayed by her side until the end of her battle against cancer.
