Mary Barbara Mahoney

Mary Barbara Mahoney, 65, passed away peacefully in her home on August 20, 2017

She was born on July 18,1952 in Somerville, New Jersey.

Mary is survived by her husband of 40 years, K. Michael Mahoney of NC; son, Michael (Angeline) Mahoney II, of NM; daughters, Dara (Brad) Barnett of NC and Ashley Mahoney of NC; grand daughters Lilyana and Adalyn Barnett; mother, Margaret Stehlo Winecker of NJ; brother, John Winecker III; sisters, JoAnn (Dave) Zackey of PA, Christine (Pat) Slack of NJ and April (Steve) Jensen of SC and a host of extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her father John Winecker II.

“Mom was many wonderful things, but above all she was a shining example of Jesus' love. She never met a person she did not love. So today, to honor her, please go out and show love to someone.”
