Reid Oliphant, Jr.

Ernold Reid Oliphant, Jr., known affectionately as Reid, was born on October 6, 1960, in Mooresville, North Carolina. He passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025, in Concord, North Carolina, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and humor that will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Reid was a man of remarkable character, embodying an easygoing and funny disposition throughout his life. His ability to see the lighter side of life and approach challenges with grace set him apart. Even in the face of health struggles, Reid remained resilient and never complained, accepting life's ups and downs with a steadfast spirit. His good-natured demeanor brought joy to those around him, and his infectious laughter will be remembered fondly.

Reid was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Ernold Reid Oliphant Sr. and Dorothy Iris Adams Oliphant. They instilled in him the values of compassion and perseverance, traits that he carried with him throughout his journey.
