Sandra Elliott

Sandra Elliott, 82, of Davidson, North Carolina, passed away on October 26, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. 

Born on January 25, 1944, in Batavia, New York, she was the daughter of the late Clayton Gillett and Maysel Beth Bernard. 

After spending much of her life in New York, Sandra moved to North Carolina 15 years ago to be closer to family. Family held a special place in Sandra’s heart, and she cherished the time spent together, whether celebrating life’s special occasions or simply enjoying the everyday moments. Being surrounded by those she loved brought her happiness, and the memories made together will be treasured by her family for years to come. 

Sandra enjoyed playing cards, watching PBS, and discovering little local restaurants with great food. When she found a favorite, she loved returning and bringing family and friends along to share in the experience. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Elliott; her brother, Russell Gillett; her sister, Barbara Bedson; and her son, David Elliott. 

Sandra is survived by her daughters, Kelly (Grady) Vincent of Byron, New York; Heidi Baylor of Windsor, Virginia; and Rachel (Kevin) Pangrazio of Davidson, North Carolina. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, Anna (Craig) Howard, Elliot Arnold, Nathan Arnold, Kayla (Jacob) DeFeeuw, Clayton Baylor, Nicholas (Brittany) Leach, Matthew Leach, Ashilie Webster, Nicole (Kevin) Belknap, Tyler Mc Knight, Emily Pangrazio, and Andrew (Yael) Pangrazio; as well as 15 great-grandchildren, along with extended family and friends.
