Sandra was born on February 27, 1942 to the late William and Dorthy Wiegand in Charleston, SC.
She was a member of Harrisburg United Methodist Church and is survived by her daughter Sherri Stutts. Sandra will be laid to rest in her hometown of Charleston, SC.
