Sharlotte Ray Iacopetti

Sharlotte Ray Iacopetti, known lovingly as Shari to her family and friends, passed away peacefully at her home in Concord, North Carolina, on February 2, 2026, after bravely facing a long illness.

Shari was born on January 9, 1950, in Bakersfield, California to William and Barbara Nichols. She enjoyed a life filled with creativity, curiosity, and warmth. She loved cross-stitching, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with her beloved fur babies. Shari greeted everyone she met with a kind smile and carried a generous, gentle spirit throughout her life.

She was a devoted mother to her two children and cherished every moment with her family. Her fierce protectiveness and unwavering love were hallmarks of who she was.

She is survived by her daughter Margo, her son Bryan, and her sister Penny Rogers. Shari will be deeply missed beyond words for her kindness, compassion, and the light she brought into the lives of those who knew her.
