Suzanne "Sue" Dorothy Billiar

Suzanne “Sue” Dorothy Billiar, 76, of Concord, NC passed away on June 25, 2022. She was born in place Tonawanda, NY to the late Frederick and Dorothy Bodamer on June 14, 1946.

Sue is survived by her husband of nearly 25 years, Jack Billiar; daughter, Deborah Brignon and son-in-law, Joseph Brignon; daughter, Christine Tracy; daughter, Kimberly Hayes and son-in-law, Britt Hayes; daughter, Nicole Hansen and son-in-law, Nathan Hansen; grandson, Devin Tracy; granddaughter, Wailynn Hayes; granddaughter, Whitley Hayes; grandson, Elias Hansen; grandson, Ethan Hansen; brother, Fred Bodamer; and a host of extended family and friends.

Engaged atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Sue loved traveling with her husband Jack. A career as flight attendant for Eastern Airline and travel consultant helped the two travel and explore the world together. She also loved camping with Jack in their motorhome.

Sue was known for her bubbly and kind nature. Sue enjoyed all aspects of music. As an accomplished organist, Sue enjoyed listening and playing all types of music. In addition to the organ, she played the guitar and singing. She shared her talents at several churches, weddings, and groups.
