Thomas Joseph Brower Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026, at the age of 78.
Born on June 12, 1948, Tom lived a life centered on faith, family, hard work, and unconditional love. His greatest accomplishment and deepest joy was his family. For nearly 55 years, he shared an extraordinary love story with his devoted wife, Elaine. Together they built a home filled with laughter, resilience, compassion, and countless treasured memories that will continue to live on through the generations.
Tom was the loving husband of Elaine Iaccheo Brower, whose steadfast partner, best friend, and greatest source of strength he remained throughout their nearly 55 years of marriage. He was the proud and devoted father of Laurie and her husband, Anthony; Anthony and his wife, Jessica; Timothy; Thomas Jr. and his wife, Amanda; and Kevin and Jessica.
He was an adoring grandfather to Dina, Brianna, Brooklyn, Kito, Kai, Giovanni, and Amelio, each of whom brought immeasurable joy to his life. His grandchildren will forever remember his love, wisdom, encouragement, and the special moments they shared together.
He led not only with words but by example, teaching the values of integrity, perseverance, kindness, and unconditional love.
Tom was preceded in death by his beloved sons, Timothy and Kevin; his parents, Thomas H. Brower III and Amelia Motto-Wolff; and his sisters, Ann and Patricia.
He is lovingly survived by his brothers and sisters, Linda, Carol, Michael, Kevin, Amelia, Susan, and John, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who were blessed to know him.
To all who knew him, Tom was a rock—a steady, dependable presence whose quiet strength carried his family through life's greatest joys and toughest challenges. He led not only with words but by example, teaching the values of integrity, perseverance, kindness, and unconditional love. He was the person everyone could count on, always ready with a helping hand, sound advice, or simply a comforting presence.
Tom's legacy is not measured by material things but by the countless lives he touched. His love for his family was unwavering, and the lessons he taught through his actions will continue to inspire those who loved him. Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we take comfort in knowing that his love remains with us, guiding us each day.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

A memorial gathering to honor and remember Thomas Joseph Brower will be held on August 8th, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Raymer-Kepner Chapel, 16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. This gathering offers an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share memories, and pay their respects in an informal setting.
