Tommy Wayne Kyaw Sr. 69 of Charlotte, passed away at home on Monday, April 1, 2024. Born in Mecklenburg County on March 6, 1955 to the late Walter Paul Kyaw III and Barbara Jean Kyaw. He is proceeded in death by his parents.
Tommy attended Harding High School in Charlotte, NC. He married Naomi Blizzard on July 6, 1974. They would have celebrated 50 years this year. Tommy was employed with PC Godfrey for many years and retired from Bill Hefner Plumping. He loved his little buddy Eddie and enjoyed family gatherings.
Those left to cherish his memories; Wife, Naomi Kyaw; sons, Tommy Wayne Kyaw Jr. (Tracy) and Patrick Kyaw; grandchildren, Kameron Kyaw, Anthony Kyaw, Veronica Kyaw, Alex Kyaw, Jasmyn Kyaw; sisters, Debbie Lambert (Danny) and Pam Gordon (Greg); brother, William Kyaw (Michelle); many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. The family ask that you make a donation to the Humane Society of Charlotte in his honor.
