William Harold Myrick

William Harold Myrick, 61, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2020, from complications due to cancer, at CMC-Main.

He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Brenda Myrick; son, Charles Myrick (wife, Rita); daughters, Melissa Foland (husband, Kelly), and Brittany Myrick; his mother, Alene Myrick; sister, Diane Russell (husband, Jerry); brother, Ricky Myrick; and eight grandchildren.

He was born in Siler City, Dec. 31, 1958, to the late Lester Myrick and Alene Myrick.

He was a loving and devoted father and his proudest accomplishments were his eight grandchildren. Harold was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was happiest when he was outdoors. He enjoyed working for his church and enjoyed his alone time with God. He wouldn't hesitate to tell you that he and God talked often.

A memorial service will be held in his honor, Wednesday, Dec. 30, at 2 p.m., at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant.

The family will receive friends and family after the service at the home of his son, 5520 Hwy 73, Concord NC 28025.
